On June 26, the House passed H.R. 2454 by a slim vote of 219 to 212. Vote in the Senate has been pushed to the Fall so there is still time to get this bill stopped.
If this bill passes Senate, electricity prices, in Obama's own words, "would necessarily skyrocket."
